What Materials do you all use?
We use Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) which is a high-strength thermoplastic material, of top quality uPVC materials imported directly from China as well as Aluminum.
Do you do delivery?
Our delivery process is as follows: If our technicians are coming to your area and their vehicle has space to accommodate your product only then can we extend this courtesy to the customer
Do you charge to come and measure?
No we do not charge. This is a service we provide free of charge.
How long after payment is made do you do installation?
Production has a standard wait time of 2- 3 weeks
Do you cut glass?
Yes we do cut glass.

Do your shutters come with a remote?
Yes they do however, they also come with a rod which can be used in the event there is no electricity.
How many keys do you receive with your doors?
Customers receive 3 Keys when doors are purchased.
What is the cheapest window you provide?
Our cheapest are sliding windows.
What time can we pick up our product?
Customers may pick up between the hours of 8am -12:45 pm & 2pm -4:45 pm
